The placement I undertook as part of the fellowship has been an amazing opportunity, particularly because I did not have a track record in tech policy before. Through the fellowship, I got access to the AI policy field.
Before the fellowship, I wasn't quite sure how I fit into the AI policy space. Now, I recently caught myself strolling past the Berlaymont, debating AI timelines and policies with the kind, brilliant people from my cohort — full of renewed optimism.
